In the fall of 2016, I will begin my first year as a graduate student in the cognitive psychology program at the University of California, Riverside, working with Dr. Judith Kroll and Dr. Jessica Montag. I received my B.A. in Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At UW-Madison, I worked with Dr. Margarita Kaushanskaya and Dr. Maryellen MacDonald to investigate cross-linguistic activation from German to English in the auditory domain in German L2 classroom speakers. I am interested in examining the role of language experience in linguistic and cognitive processing.
