I am a Ph.D. student in the Cognitive area in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside. I received my A.B. and M.S. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. My masters thesis explored the relation between dialects and languages by examining executive functions in African American English – Mainstream American English bidialectal speakers. Currently, I am researching the contribution of lexical accessibility on code switching behavior to understand factors associated with maintaining fluent speech production.
